INTERNATIONAL INITIATIVES

DeepTech Research & Development

The Consortium promotes and facilitates both fundamental and applied research in advanced fields such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, genomics, and robotics. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between scientific discovery and engineering solutions characterized by long R&D cycles.

University 5.0 Implementation

This initiative focuses on establishing a future-oriented educational model that integrates physical and digital learning environments. It emphasizes the use of advanced digital technologies for personalized education and the creation of tangible societal value through innovation.

Practice-Oriented & Dual Education

The Consortium implements “Dual Education” models that combine theoretical instruction with practical training within partner organizations. Assessment is primarily conducted through Project-Based Learning (PBL), evaluating students on applied skills and real-world projects rather than just theory.

EdTech & Digital Transformation

To enhance the personalization of learning and administration, the Consortium develops digital platforms utilizing AI-based tutoring, VR/AR, and gamification. It also explores the use of distributed ledger technologies for secure tracing and archiving of learning achievements.

Global PROFESSIONAL Credit System (ISTC)

The Consortium maintains an internal credit unit system called International Science and Technology Credits (ISTC). This system facilitates the documentation and internal recognition of learning achievements across different jurisdictions, aligning with other frameworks.

Micro-credentials & Certification

This initiative involves issuing digitally documented attestations that confirm specific skills or competencies. These micro-credentials can be accumulated or combined to form a comprehensive record of professional development within the Consortium’s network.

Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (Startups)

The Consortium provides infrastructure, mentorship, and advisory support to foster technological entrepreneurship. This includes the creation of spin-off entities to commercialize research and a “Founder Friendly” IP policy that allows students to retain primary rights to their initiatives.

International Quality Standards

A core normative goal is to develop and disseminate international guidelines for education quality, research ethics, and professional qualifications. This initiative seeks to establish independent transnational assurance and accreditation processes based on global best practices.
